Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery through our ShipStation Returns Portal.

  • 30% restocking fee for standard products in new, unopened condition.
  • 40% restocking fee for customized products returned in new condition within 30 business days of purchase.
  • If we made an error with your order, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
  • Laser Safety Industries is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

How to Return

  1. Access the ShipStation Returns Portal to generate your return label here.
  2. Print and attach the return label to your package.
  3. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
  4. Once received, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
