Would love for the goggles to be labeled on the frame for the type of laser it is for. I have terrible hand writing.
Our eyewear often cover multiple ranges of wavelengths and could then offer protection for multiple lasers. Even one range of wavelengths covers multiple lasers - we therefore do not state commonly use lasers on the frame.
We state the optical density ranges per ANSI standards.
Good product, as advertised
This is the 2nd time I’ve come to Laser Safety Industries needing safety curtains in a rush. Keith said he would do his best to get something by the date I needed them and we ended up receiving them a day early. Great customer service and high quality products too!
I wear glasses making goggles hard to use. The full mask did the trick. It fit comfortably, adjusted to my head with the turn of one know and makes working with my laser easy. I
Love it.
The product is expensive and lenses crack easily… not by dropping… just fatigue crack at the corner of the lenses.
Thank you for your feedback. We have not had this problem in the past. However cracking does take place in polycarbonate lenses when exposed to alcohol-based cleaners—this is a common issue with plastics. To prevent this, we recommend using only soap and water or Windex.
