Hello! It is possible to cut acrylic with a band saw, but we do not recommend it as it can result in poor-quality cuts, chipping, or cracking. If you need a laser safety window cut to a custom size, Laser Safety Industries utilizes our in-house CO2 laser-cutter for precision cuts. Select "Custom Window" from the drop-down menu and click "Add to Quote." From there, you can input the dimensions you need.
